We want you to love your Delic.8 pieces, but if something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:
Returns and exchanges are available only under the following conditions:
Damaged Goods
- We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but if you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
Incorrect Orders
- If you receive an item that isn’t what you originally ordered, please get in touch with us within 24 hours with your order number and name.
- We’ll promptly send you the correct item once the wrongly sent product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Exchange
Please note that only size exchanges are allowed, and this policy does not apply to
customized items.

Proper Packaging: Please include all original labels, tags, receipts, and
packaging when returning the product. - Customized Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for specially ordered or customized items, as they are made specifically to your requirements.

soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes are not guaranteed once the order is submitted.
